On the equity side they are focused on core up through opportunistic, but with a concentration on value-add capital. They have a build-to-core program as well. On the debt side, they can do mezz or preferred equity, and can consider construction mezzanine. They tend to play in the 60-80% LTC range and their pricing tends to be around 8%, but for construction would be higher. -- duke

Jed Melson has been assigned to run point on it, and should be reaching out to us tomorrow to go over the deal (he is in CA doing a property tour today). They are considering GP investments these days, and are actually looking to close two of them shortly. He would be interested in the SF multifamily development deal. -- duke
