From a timing standpoint, they would not be able to do it by December 8th as a preferred equity slug, but could maybe do it as a junior debt or mezz debt. They can go as high as 95% LTC as Mezz. As for sizing, from an equity standpoint, their minimum is $50M and their minimum on the debt side is $10M.
