12/01/2015 - Positive conversation. They are working their way through a number of year end closings that are monopolizing much of their teams time at the moment, but he did mention they are just now starting to look at 1st quarter transactions. He mentioned that he certainly knows of IDI, and that this project would be a fit for them as far as product type. Primarily it would be a question as to whether or not they would be able to get comfortable with the market down there as he is less familiar with it, and getting to know the sponsorship a bit better. He has done a few construction loans in Alexandria, but that is as far south as he has ventured to-date. He will be back to us with feedback once their underwriting team has availability. 12/17/15 - Shelved until January as they do not have capacity at this time.
