11/19/2015Passed - Targeting downtown locations in NY, SF, LA, Chicago, and DC. They target Class-A office, residential, and have looked at a few hotel projects. They will not do standalone retail. They are able to move rather quickly, closing loans under $45 million within 1-2 months, but for larger loans they need review from their headquarters in Beijing, so it takes a bit longer. Their NY branch covers loans over $100 million, and their Queens branch covers the smaller loans. -- duke
