06/15/2015 - Call with Swede, they would likely look at this as a traditional non-recourse senior loan around 3.50% over libor with a Mezz piece above them. He will review, and try to get back to us this week or next on their status.

06/15/2015	6/8/15 - Left Voicemail. Responded that he has not had a chance to review yet as they got a big loan request in from an existing client last week. Will be reviewing this week. Duke has sent the financial model to them. -- duke
