04/26/2022Saw this deal back in November and already discussed with our committee. Since the investigation is on-going and there is a risk that NRIA gets pulled in (hopefully not), we are unfortunately going to be a pass on this one. Committee is not super comfortable knowing there could be more headline risk in the near future. -- pwitham
