10/19/2021They know the area in Haymarket where the asset is located and it gets great traffic counts. Having a vacant pad site and a bank branch gives pause though. For them to move forward they would need warm body recourse from a solidly liquid, decent net worth individual. Even with that, the LTV would be in the 60-65% range for 5 years.
