06/09/2015Call with Mark. He was unable to access the package, and asked that I email him a pdf. I sent him credentials to access the FTP site. He used to work on 22nd street, so he knows the location well. They can generally lend up to 85% of the stack, and they are looking for yield so they are considering construction loans. They only do a few construction loans with any given fund, but they are doing them. They do a lot of bridge lending, and typically their cost of capital is high 4% to 5%. They also do Mezz and their rates are around 7% up to 70% LTC, and 8.5% up to 11% up to 85% LTC. -- duke
