11/06/2015 - John is out on medical leave for most of the month. Kim is reviewing the package and will be back with any questions they may have. Everything they have done down here has been within the District, so she was not familiar with the area down in Woodbridge. As well, non-recourse would be a gating issue for them. They would likely require 30% recourse that could burn off after achieving a 9% DY. Their bank tops out at $50 million, so this would be too large for them to take down on their own, but they could potentially be the lead bank on it. 12/08/15 - Left voicemail to ensure Kim received our request for proposals on December 16th.
