11/12/2015	Their criteria for construction loans at this time is rather high, but they are still doing them if there is a good story, and particularly for residential. He appreciated the story behind the area down there, and the county's investment, as well as the BRAC demand story. He will review the package, and be back to me in the next day or so with feedback. -- duke
11/20/2015	Left voicemail to follow-up after our conversations. Previously he had mentioned that the bar for construction loans is set rather high at this time, unless there is a good story. Awaiting feedback as to whether the BRAC/Road Widening Projects provide enough of a story to get their team interested. -- duke

Still awaiting feedback as to whether the BRAC/Road Widening Projects provide enough of a story to get their team interested. - Spoke with him today and he apologized for the delayed response. His team has been swamped with a few closings these past couple of weeks, but he will review the package and provide some feedback as to their interest levels. -- duke
