02/27/2015 -Passed - They do not do development from either the equity or debt side. On the equity side, they are targeting office and retail, and also some residential. They are really a core/core+ investor. Gary Phillips is on the equity side, but said I should reach back out to him if I was working on an existing asset loan and he would put me in touch with their debt guys.
