11/09/2015	Good call with Spencer. He thinks it is interesting and is diving into the details, and will be back with any questions. Their funds are non-recourse and can typically go up a bit higher in the stack compared to more traditional sources, but their capital is priced a bit higher on the spectrum. He was not familiar with the area, and I have now sent him the market study and he will review and be back to me. He thought the story behind the county's investment in the area, and the increase in car traffic due to BRAC, was a unique story, and one that bodes well for additional investment in the surrounding area. -- duke
