06/15/2015 - Good call with Matt Higgins. He likes the location, and they may have a bucket of capital for it. He said that if we asked him last month, he would have told us that they do not do construction loans, and that their minimum was $100M. They are refining their platform offerings, and they might consider a residential construction loan in this kind of a location. Also said their sweet spot now is $75 - $150 million. He will circle up internally and see if this is something they can do, and will try to give us a soft indication by next week. -
