02/23/2015 - Good conversation with Dan Maples. While Charlottesville is not one of their target markets, they would consider it for the right deal. $27MM was right in their wheel house, and they like to structure mini-perms. They target 60-65% LTC, but said they may be able to do 65% LTC during construction, with a top up upon completion/stabilization. Said not to quote him on that, but he may be able to do that. 75% LTC during construction would be outside of their criteria. He would likely quote somewhere in the 4-4.25% interest rate range. I sent Dan the package and the video, and am awaiting feedback upon his review.

02/12/2015	Matthew Brennan referred me to Dan Naples who is the head of their lending group. Matthew sits on the equity side, and couldn't speak to the investment criteria on the debt side. On the equity side, they are targeting very select urban markets, and for new developments would look to put out $15-35M in equity per transaction. Their equity side would not consider Charlottesville. Sent an email and left a voicemail for Dan Naples. -- duke
