01/21/2016	Good call with Perry. Historically they have not been much of a mezzanine player, but they just were approached by one of their separate account clients (multi-billion dollar institution) that would like to target more mezzanine investments through their funds. They are not very familiar with the market, and are diving into the market study and the financial model. Pending positive feedback internally and their review of the market, he suggested that the next steps would likely be a call with the Sponsor. He has a funeral tomorrow, but will try to pick this back up on Monday. We FedEx'ed him two copies of the book. -- duke
