11/12/2015 - Having difficulty gaining traction internally due to their existing exposure in Woodbridge on another project that has just received their certificate of occupancy. He suggested they may want to see how that one performs prior to committing to further transactions within that market. Therefore, they are likely to be a pass.

11/05/2015	Good initial meeting. They have capacity to be the lead bank, and like condos/fund home builders. They requested, and we have sent, the market study and financial proforma. Awaiting feedback. -- duke
12/08/2015	They remain in a holding pattern for additional multifamily exposure in the Woodbridge area at this time. He said they will likely be back in the market shortly, but just doesn't know when that will be. He will keep us in mind, and let us know once their appetite has returned. -- duke
