08/24/2022We are actively looking for more multifamily development mezzanine opportunities. We would not take down a senior on construction, however would look at the mezz. In this case, the mezz position would be too small – typically looking for a minimum of a $12-$15M mezz position, so the total loan would need to be larger than $40M. -- pwitham
