10/07/2014	30-Apr-14 - Meeting with David Quigley and Laura Forton in their offices in Palo Alto. They have ~ $5 Billion in their portfolio and they do development deals as well as the 4 major food groups. - Will show them India Basin once the details are hashed out a bit more. They were not really enthusiastic about the location of San Vicente, but said they would take a look at it and be back to us. -- duke
