04/11/2016	Had a good call with Dan Jones. He has not received email, but showed interest in the deal. They are able to use their own balance sheet for construction senior and mezz financing for multifamily, student and senior housing, at 70%-75% LTC for senior loan and up to 85% LTC for mezz, typical size for mezz is $10-20 million, but can go up depending on the sponsor and deal metrics. They will want to see an exit strategy or have a first look at perm financing. Will re-send email and follow-up -- duke
