10-16-14 - Passed - He had seen the deal from Fabrise Vasquez, and he knows Paul. Did not appear to be very interested in it though.

10/21/2014	Call on 10-16-14: 3.5 Yrs ago they took over the three Lehman equity funds. They have $3B of equity under management as well as another $1B from a Dubai separate account client. They have 2 buckets of equity money: 1) GP Investing Platform - target programmatic investments, they would want to invest in the GP side and would thus share in a piece of the promote. They have closed 80 Deals in the past 2 years with 20 different LPs in this structure. 2) LP Separate Account Interest 3) Conduit Group - backed by Elliott Management (hedge fund). On 2501 M Street - he had seen the deal from Fabrise Vasquez, and he knows Paul. Did not appear to be very interested in it though. -- duke
