01/12/2016left voicemail. From PRP notes "Passed - Most of their focus lately has been on the debt side. They do Mezz, Preferred Equity, and "stretch 1st liens" going up to about 80/85% of the stack. Their pricing for standard mezz/preferred equity is libor + 900 bps. They target $5-$75 million for mezz/pref. equity pieces with their strikezone being $10-$15 million. They will not do land, development/construction loans, but would do just about anything if it is an existing asset. They have not done assisted living, but would be willing to consider it." -- duke

07/18/2016Eric Cohen now covers DC. Centennial Bank had requested we re-engage Square Mile as they have done business with them in the past. Eric was delayed in getting back to us, and Centennial ended up teaming up with Basis Investment Group. -- duke
