He has financed a tower in Tysons and a building on H Street, but they were on behalf of a west coast sponsor. Due to the sponsor being located in DC, it would likely be handled by their New York office (the former PB Capital team). 12/14/2015	Passed - While they like the sponsorship on this transaction, the majority of their construction loans are in the major gateway markets. DC in particular is difficult for them on the multifamily side due to all of the supply hitting the market. If IDI were an existing client, they might go to the suburbs, but unfortunately they are passing on this opportunity. -- duke
