Hoping to set up a tour for late next week. 6/1/15 - Provisionally they think they would be at $66.5M Loan Proceeds, maybe slightly higher, L+250 burning down to L+200 at 1.25 DSCR. 100% Completion Guarantee and 25% Repayment Guarantee.
