Kazantis is a Senior Acquisitions Specialist in the firm\'s Direct Investments Group, with responsibility for sourcing, negotiating and underwriting new investment opportunities. Chris has a particular expertise in the area of senior housing and, since 1999, has completed investments in over $425 million of independent living, assisted living and continuing care retirement facilities in metropolitan markets throughout the U.S. He joined AEW in 1986 and has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and management of a wide variety of property types across the U.S. Chris is a member of ULI and NAIOP, and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (B.S.). -- pwitham
