| 02/16/2010 | Called " the world's first sustainability property fund", the igloo Regeneration Fund is a partnership of pension, life and charity funds managed by Aviva Investors, which invests in sustainable urban regeneration across the UK. igloo invests in UK mixed-use real estate through sustainable place-making in partnership with the public sector and local communities. It continues to grow and welcome new investors and is actively seeking and assessing new regeneration investment opportunities in edge of city core locations within the UK's top 20 cities. There is currently a requirement for new equity of ?50m. The fund is open for investment until April 2010. The minimum investment for this issue will be ?1m.
