In addition to LEED, ProLogis is committed to developing any new properties in the U.K. to achieve at least a ?Very Good? rating with the Building Research Establishment?s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM). In Japan, facilities comply with the Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environmental Efficiency (CASBEE). In countries where no GB rating system exists, we utilize a global standards based on these leading regional rating systems.
