| 10/05/2005 | Steven D. Corkin is a member of AEW\'s Management Committee and Investment Policy Group, and has overall responsibility for the Firm\'s Client Service and Marketing. He has been with AEW since 1984. His broad experience at the firm includes originating and structuring real estate investments on behalf of AEW\'s clients, as well as direct asset and portfolio management. Prior to joining AEW, Steve spent several years in private practice with a major Boston law firm, where he specialized in structured real estate finance transactions. In addition to other community involvement, he currently serves as an Overseer and member of the Finance Committee of Children\'s Hospital Boston, and as a Trustee of Boston\'s Institute of Contemporary Art. He also serves on the Editorial Boards of PREA Quarterly and The Institutional Real Estate Letter. Steve is a graduate of Brandeis University (B.A.) and George Washington University (J.D.). -- dbone
