4/27 - Met with Vincent and had tentative agreement with deal structure. He is coming back to us with final terms this week. 5/13 - Negotiating Term Sheets with Vincent and Mike Muzzy
5/5 - Good initial conversation following execution of NDA and delivery of offering memorandum. They have a few follow up requests - 1) Land Comps 2) Lease Comps, 3) Basis in Terra Bella, 4) What other assets does Calvano own, 5) What is the pathway to entitlement and construction and what is the timing 4/27 - NDA sent.
Spoke with Nick Azrack. He just recently got back from Mountain View and likes the market. Wants us to send additional materials. Likely he will be in the Bay area again within the next three weeks. Reviewing Package 5.26.15 - Meeting with Baupost in Mountain View on June 10th.
4/28 - NDA Sent. 5/5 - Reviewing 5.27.15 - Willing to put 60%-70% debt on portfolio
5/12 - NDA Executed and meeting on Thursday at 2:00pm. 5/20 - Another meeting scheduled with Pang on 5/27.
4/23 - Meet in NYC and SF. Reviewing. 5/20 - Reached out to again for comment.

4/28 - NDA Sent 4/29 - Reviewing Package 5/20 - Hi Tim & Peter – Presented the concept of development in MV to CalSTRS but received a thumbs down on the project based on the total consideration size.
4/26 - Spoke to John and processing NDA. Met John in his office on 5/5. He is reviewing the deal. 5/25 - Passed due to lack of belief in the large sustainable rents maintaining in that market, coupled with the difficult politics of MV, lack of entitlements and the intersection is a disaster. The other two deals are spot deals and of no interest.
4/28 - Too large of a development. Not interested in partion either.
4/27 - NDA sent 5/13 - Too high risk, no entitlements and no guarantees for entitlements within a defined timeframe.
4/29 - They have no pre-entitlement capital for these deals, but they would like to look at 883 Shoreline ONLY. Sent over an NDA.
5/4 - Reviewing as a debt piece. 5/13 - First, it is considerably larger than our maximum loan size of $25,000,000. It is also a request for considerably more proceeds than our maximum 68% LTV ceiling.
