Spoke to Jean yesterday - she is interested in both properties due to lack of size. They cannot do each individually. If they do both they would need to put a bridge on each (floater).
I need to get back to her on the leasing story at 883 N Shoreline. She needs clarity on what the group is looking to do in regards to term and pricing. -- pwitham
