10/07/2014PRP Real Estate Investors28-Mar-14 - Good conversation with Dave Cronin on LA and Charlotte. West Palm Beach is not a location they would consider. Regarding the LA asset, due to the sizing of the equity ($30M), They would not be able to do both LA and Charlotte as it would be too large for them. He did say they have looked at a lot of apartment development in Charlotte, but have not made any investments in the area. He would look at the multifamily portfolio. -- duke
10/07/2014PRP Real Estate Investors6-Mar-14 - Initially Passed - $70 Million of equity would be too large for them. Their limit is around $50 Million with any one operating partner. He mentioned that if there was an opportunity to look at individual assets such as San Vicente or The Forum, he would be interested in taking a look. He likes LA more than West Palm, but recently purchased a few office assets in Florida. They are targeting senior housing, apartments, office, and retail. They also recently have done a few student housing and low income housing deals. -- duke
