Regarding the LA asset, due to the sizing of the equity ($30M), They would not be able to do both LA and Charlotte as it would be too large for them. He did say they have looked at a lot of apartment development in Charlotte, but have not made any investments in the area. He would look at the multifamily portfolio. -- duke |
