They are able to use their own balance sheet for construction senior and mezz financing for multifamily, student and senior housing, at 70%-75% LTC for senior loan and up to 85% LTC for mezz, typical size for mezz is $10-20 million, but can go up depending on the sponsor and deal metrics.
