04/23/2008Interest - I am in receipt of a copy of the email you sent to Penny Pritzker about the The Peaks, and I am following up on behalf of Global Hyatt Corp. We are familiar with this hotel and the opportunity, however, Global Hyatt is not a mixed use/residential/retail real estate investor/developer. However, we would be interested in a management agreement for this asset with our Park Hyatt. brand. If that option interests any of your investors, pls let me know and we can follow up as appropriate. -- smuller
