01/27/2016Passed - Their construction capital is geared towards urban-infill locations. On the equity side they are focused on core up through opportunistic, but with a concentration on value-add capital. They have a build-to-core program as well. On the debt side, they can do mezz or preferred equity, and can consider construction mezzanine. They tend to play in the 60-80% LTC range and their pricing tends to be around 8%, but for construction would be higher. -- duke
