10/23/2014PW & DF - Call with Nu - depending on the location and the sponsor they may consider condos. $20M is borderline too small for them. From a timing standpoint, they would not be able to do it by December 8th as a preferred equity slug, but could maybe do it as a junior debt or mezz debt. They can go as high as 95% LTC as Mezz. As for sizing, from an equity standpoint, their minimum is $50M and their minimum on the debt side is $10M. Will send him the package, and he wanted to understand when their money would be going in/how the 70% LTC loan works. -- duke
