04/23/2008Interest - I would like to be the sponsor on this deal. In terms of capitalization I would hire GGI to complete the capitalization. Realistically I am not liquid currently but can assemble “sponsor” equity of $5-10 million fairly quickly once I have seen the asset and have my arms around the deal. Please check out www.cenitare.com . This is our internal restaurant business. Our internal construction management team includes George Del Cotto, who was formerly head of development for Ty Warner. George did the Santa Barbara assets as well as the Four Seasons NYC. We also started www.chicadvisors.com recently with Doris Parker. She is very experienced in luxury asset-management, including Ritz-Carlton developments and assets. We are the perfect sponsor for this deal. -- smuller
